Hillary Clinton's dirty tricks in Nevada are best summed up by one sentence found on a sheet of instructions provided by the Clinton campaign to its' Caucus precint workers: "It's not illegal unless they [the caucus chairs or precinct captains] tell you so." Blessed by this dictum coupled to the a general lack of Caucus oversight by the Nevada Democratic Party and a loosly worded, ambigiously stated Nevada Democratic Party Presidential Precinct Caucus Guide as well as a bizzare mathametical formula utilized for what seems to bethe purpose of diluting the strength of the popular vote, Hillary's people ran rough shod over the Nevada Democratic Caucus and drove Madam Clinton to victory in the 'Silver State.' Fortunately Obama's attorney, Robert Bauer of the D.C. lawfirm of Perkins Cole, has complained of this conduct to the Nevada Democratic Party Chair, Jill Derby. Writing to Ms. Derby on January 23 Attorney Bauer stated that the Obama Campaign received "well over a thousand accounts of Clinton Caucus wrong doing. Bauer is known to be an important Democratic party legal operative so it is therefore not unsuprising that he began his letter to Ms. Derby with the assurance that the Obama campaign is "not seeking to challenge the outcome of the Nevada Caucuses at the precint level." But that didn't stop Bauer from enumerating a litany of Clinton Caucus wrong doing
My own Nv. Caucus experience and observations were best characterized by the Clinton supporting Caucus Chair who refused to tell me how many registered voters had been assigned to my Caucus site and then threatened to have me arrested when I attempted to speechify my support of Dennis Kuchinich.
When you realize just what Hillary will do to win the Presidency you may agree with me that Obama's victory in South Carolina was against all odds
