Excellent post Junling. Bev has been doing terrific work on all this. When the controversy over the count in the 2004 presidential was peaking, the NH "recount" reassured America that, yes, the count was correct, despite secret counts and all other massive evidence of fraud to the contrary. Here we see just how the flimsy that reassurance was.
